Our client is a progressive company of leading Property Agents with dedicated residential sales and lettings departments. They pride themselves on personal, pro-active, and friendly service. Due to their recent growth they have a full-time vacancy in our experienced and welcoming Sales Team. This will be largely based in Craven Arms, with some time required in our Ludlow office as well. It is a fast-paced and varied role, including reviewing applicants and properties to set up viewings, sales negotiation, progression of sales, and some administration.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience is preferred however, transferable skills will be considered as we are a progressive employer who offers relevant training and qualifications.
- Industry experience within the residential property sector (desirable)
- Prior sales experience (essential)
- Confident on the phone
- Focus on customer service
- A willingness to tackle projects and get things done
- Ability to work under pressure
