Tradewind are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a Large Primary School who are opening a SEN provision. The role is full time to start ASAP on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year, and will most likely become permanent for the right candidate.
This vibrant and diverse Primary School in Brent is an Outstanding Ofsted rated school which caters for students with EHCP's including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties, who have experienced difficulties in mainstream classroom. These pupils are lovely to work with but can sometimes display anxiety and will sometimes need to have time out of the main classroom.
The school also have excellent resources and a really supportive and tight knit team who work together to provide a warm, nurturing learning environment.
The school in Wembley, North London, is easily accessible by various tube stations on the Jubilee Line and overground, they also have ample parking available.

Essential requirements:
- Experience supporting young people with mental health difficulties
- Previous TA, LSA or support work within a school, PRU, Alternative Provision or other child related experience.

- A caring and professional manner.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK.
