What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing operations within the healthcare sector
- Relevant experience and qualifications in healthcare management; NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
- Solid understanding of financial management, compliance, and quality care standards
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders
- A full UK driving licence
