Right Now Group are working with an International Freight Forwarder based in Birmingham, looking for a Cargowise Specialist to join their BPO Operations Team.
The ideal candidate will be a Cargowise Certified Professional with a deep understanding of all of the modules, with at least 3 years within Freight Forwarding.
Responsibilities:
- Support department reviews in line with the business improvement team
- Document all requirements and background information
- Identify and formulate possible solutions in CW1 - Workflow/Tags/Reports/Milestones
- Evaluate pros and cons of each scenarios and compatibility with existing constraints
- Finalise solution and ensure responsible stakeholders are aware of spec and agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of CW1 and all of the modules
- Cargowise certified (CCP) Cargowise Certified Professional
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Have a professional, flexible, and personable approach to user
- Be comfortable communicating at all levels including board level.
- Have good communications skills, written, telephone and personal.
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Birmingham
Shift: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
