Our client a well-respected and reputable membership body based in Central London is currently looking for a Graduate Administrator
The Role of Graduate Administrator
The Membership Body is looking for an Officer to play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Team, by providing core business support, including managing the process of accreditation of Continuing Professional Development activities; providing desktop assessment of accreditation applications and supporting the clinical review panel visits and drafting visit reports. The role is also responsible for ensuring the effective business administration of the team's work and supporting the governance process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the accreditation process
Co-ordinating the quality assurance activities for the range of accreditations
Co-ordinate and assist with the onsite QA visits
Provide business administration support to the Head of the Team
Undertaking research to support business development opportunities
Co-ordinate and implement marketing processes for the team's accreditation activities
Co-ordinate key operational systems that support the work of the team
Person Specification
Experience of administration
Preferably some experience of working within education or examinations systems
Good understanding of the NHS and healthcare environment and of performance management in medicine
Experience of understanding and applying assessment criteria to review information
Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach to planning and attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative and problem solving
Flexible approach to working
Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to upsell accreditation services
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent team player, with the confidence to contribute to projects and share experiences and expertise with colleagues
IT Literate: Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills
