In this role you will:
- Undertake MRI scanning, producing images of a consistently high quality, adopting a 'right first time' approach.
- To use a range of age-appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication tools to communicate effectively with children and their family/carers and others involved with the child's care in order to achieve a successful examination.
- During periods when the receptionist is unavailable: to receive the patient and accurately enter the attendance on the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Liaise with clinicians, ward staff and patients concerning preparation for imaging and patient management, ensuring that the patient pathway operates effectively.

What you'll need:
- HCPC Registration
- University Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent
- Demonstrate post qualification experience in diagnostic / therapeutic imaging
