Salary: £35,000- 42,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning and thriving Architectural Practice in Nottingham. This dynamic practice has cultivated a creative, innovative and people focused environment from which exciting projects are delivered throughout sectors such as sports and leisure, heritage and residential. My client have earnt themselves an excellent reputation for delivering technically expert, cutting edge and sustainable designs that always meet if not exceed the needs of the end user. They are keen to continue their success and growth that they have seen over decade with expanding their technical capabilities and therefore are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a couple years of post-qualification experience being a confident Revit and AutoCAD user, able to produce high quality accurate technical drawings and proven experience job running.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • CIAT accredited or working towards
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Job running experience is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive approach to self-development
  • Be able to work well within a team environment as well as independently
  • Diverse portfolio of projects in sectors such as leisure, residential and commercial
  • Confident producing high quality technical drawings
  • Through knowledge of current building regulations
  • Driven to keep up to date with latest software, designs and environmental issues
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD would be ideal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ideally you will live locally to the Nottingham / East Midlands area
