Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and financial consultants in business for over 40 years, is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. Excellent communication skills are key - you will be liaising frequently with the firm's high net worth clients taking personal details, accurately recording the information on the company's database.
A very reputable company to work for, full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with high net worth clients and internal colleagues
- Recording accurate, up to date information on company database
- Digital file management
- Obtaining valuations and statements from insurance companies, stockbrokers and clients
- Requesting information from clients, solicitors and accountants
- Supporting the wider team
You will be:
- Experienced in office administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Highly detail oriented - excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and manage deadlines efficiently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
