We are seeking a qualified tutor to prepare and deliver a Higher National (Level 4 and Level 5) course in Business Leadership and Management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management or relatied field and have previous experience teaching the Higher National Courses.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop comprehensive schemes of work and assessments for the Higher National course in Leadership and Management.
  • Prepare engaging and informative lesson plans that meet educational standards.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure an effective online learning experience.
  • Provide support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Leadership and Management to ensure the course content is current and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Leadership, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering HNC, HND, or similar courses in Leadership and Management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to design and prepare educational content.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in an online setting.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students.
