Business Leadership and Management Tutor

We are seeking a qualified tutor to prepare and deliver a Higher National (Level 4 and Level 5) course in Business Leadership and Management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management or relatied field and have previous experience teaching the Higher National Courses.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop comprehensive schemes of work and assessments for the Higher National course in Leadership and Management.
- Prepare engaging and informative lesson plans that meet educational standards.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure an effective online learning experience.
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Leadership and Management to ensure the course content is current and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Leadership, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering HNC, HND, or similar courses in Leadership and Management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to design and prepare educational content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in an online setting.
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students.
