Manage site-based multi-skilled teams and subcontractors.Ensure high levels of delivery within a performance-driven environment.
Control costs and achieve financial targets.
Engage and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Drive a safety culture across the site team.
Deliver 5-star customer service. Total FM - Hard and Soft Services

What you'll need to succeed
FM experience. Someone who is client facing and ideally, at a minimum, an IOSH Managing Safely.
