Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's needs are met.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
