Location: Covering the High Wycombe area
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car, Mobile Phone & Laptop

We're working with a leading supplier of high-quality building materials, known for their exceptional service and expert product knowledge. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team, covering the High Wycombe area.

The Role
This field-based position is ideal for someone who thrives on developing relationships and enjoys managing a sales pipeline with autonomy and confidence. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across the High Wycombe territory
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing existing accounts to maximise growth and retention
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Representing the business with professionalism at all times
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and commercially minded, with the confidence to build lasting customer relationships. You'll need:
- A proven track record in field sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry (preferred or complimenting industry)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-first approach
- Self-motivation and strong time management
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the High Wycombe area
- A positive attitude and professional presence
