Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service at all times �?
- Assist with directing clients and providing support and care in FOH areas ?
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism ??
- Manage emails/inbox in a timely manner ??
- Utilise Microsoft Office, Outlook, DMS, Teams/Zoom, and more ???
- Maintain stationery and equipment in meeting rooms ??
- Handle calls, redirect as needed, and take messages ??
- Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks when required ??
Skills, Experience, and Attributes Required:
- Immediate availability to start ?
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic �?
- Relevant education/qualifications �?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages ??
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?????
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure ?
