Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrically Biased Operations Manager to join the M&E department. This role requires a leader with a strong electrical background and extensive experience in managing operations within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical operations of the M&E department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Position Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the construction or M&E sector, with a strong electrical background.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction projects, particularly within the M&E field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and project costs.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
