- £27.22 per hour PAYE / £33.54 per hour Umbrella (increasing to £36.39 from 13th week)
- Up to 33 days Paid Annual Leave (post AWR)
- Hybrid working - mostly remote working however expected to come into the office approx. 4 days per month or when necessary

Adecco are recruiting for a Culture Manager on behalf of our Public Sector client.
The current Culture Manager is now Acting Head of Culture therefore we are recruiting their replacement for a 6 month period.
The ideal candidate is individual who has an understanding of working within a local authority setting, experience of working within the arts, heritage and culture sector and is a strategic thinker.
It is an exciting time for the Culture team as they embark on developing a new strategy and working on placemaking projects to enhance the cultural offer of the borough.
The post holder will be expected to provide leadership, planning and strategic ambition with an aim to increase access to culture participation throughout the borough. They will be an active member of the Culture Team responsible and accountable for the management and delivery of major culture projects and programmes and related service budgets and improvements.
Programme of work includes:
- Delivering the consultation and engagement stage of the culture strategy including internal and external reporting
- Supporting the development of two new cultural provisions on projects led by Regeneration and Planning
- Supporting the Senior Historic Houses Manager on reporting and management of the stages of the NLHF activity plan at Boston Manor House
- Internal reporting on Culture team delivery
- Budget monitoring, decision making and reporting.
The postholder will be responsible for the line management of two full time Culture Officers.
