The school provide education to young people with autism and complex needs who perform better with tailored education plans. The position of Autism Specialist Support Worker is a full-time position, supporting students on a 1-1 basis from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Through the school day, the successful Autism Specialist Support Worker will help students to achieve their potential: keeping them focused on tasks, encourage independency and confidence, practice self-regulation and identifying areas of improvement.
