The ideal D365 support consultant should have:
- Navision / Business Central experience is essential.
- Knowledge within Finance.
- Be able to manage service desks (you will be working alongside 2 other SC's)
- Experience with ticketing.
- Have confidence with escalating issues.
- Experience with small enhancements, configurations, DevOps back logs.
- Able to commute on site at Reading on the occasion when requested.
