Our client is looking for a highly organised Property Manager for their office in Windsor. The company has built their reputation on providing honest, and straight advice, and delivering really good results to their clients. They have handled a large number of property transactions, whilst overseeing many more, helping to build on their success within the property market.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' experience within property management, and strong knowledge of current legislation, who can really hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of problem solving with excellent customer service skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so speed and accuracy is key.

You will need a full UK driving licence, and use of your own car for inspections.

Salary package and benefits of this Property Manager role include:

  • Basic £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
  • Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Career progression
  • Support with ARLA qualification

Main responsibilities for this role of Property Manager include:

  • Manage your own portfolio
  • Looking after the property management department and helping to grow this part of the business
  • Assist in overall management duties
  • Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
  • Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals
  • Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
  • Tenancy check ins and check outs
  • Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
  • Arrange safety certificates
  • Ensure regular communication with clients
  • Some property inspections

Essential skills for this Property Manager role include:

  • 2 years+ Property Management experience essential
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Good time management and excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
