We're seeking a Wastewater Scheduler to join our Wastewater Planning team. This role involves working every Saturday and Sunday, alternating between 8-4 one week and 2-10 the next. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a review for extension.
As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for recording, prioritising, and scheduling work in accordance with our business rules. You'll be supporting our Field Teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of work.
Key Accountabilities:
- Owning and driving an efficient schedule
- Preserving flexibility across areas
- Maintaining a deliverable schedule
- Working by SLA then priority
- Ensuring appointment compliance
- Monitoring and tracking progress of all work released to INS schedule
You'll need to be able to handle difficult calls and respond quickly and efficiently to queries from the field and other departments within United Utilities.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of the Wastewater processes
- Understanding of the lifecycle of a Service Appointment/Case
- Knowledge of regulatory customer service standards
- Previous customer contact experience
- INS Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of CMEX
Desirable Criteria:
- Educated to at least GCSE level (including 'C' or above passes in English and Mathematics)
- A high degree of social skills for working in a customer-orientated environment
- Proficient on the scheduling applications (Integrated Network Solutions- Salesforce) and systems used
- Proficient on all MS Office applications
