STOP: this is superlight, delicate precision engineering working within a clean room environment
We are looking for 1 x Light Production Operative who has an interest, formal education or some paid work experience working within light engineering for a client in Rugby that makes defence and aerospace products.
This is a clean room role (wearing overcoats, hair nets etc) and a role where you assembly small ceramic products by hand, use tweezers, grabbers and microscopes.
It's a mixture of sitting and standing working with fine detail, following drawing and producing high value products.
It's a slower pace of work, a quiet role but one that really does require someone with a great eye for detail, excellent hand to eye coordination and someone who can follow engineering drawings.
What does this role offer you?
