Job Brief:
An innovative business in Derby is looking for a Training Administrator to manage and coordinate training sessions across the UK on a temporary to permanent position. As the Training Administrator, you will be ensuring the training operations run smoothly, and enhancing the overall training experience for customers.
Duties include:
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the schedules and diaries of the Trainers
- Session Coordination: Organise and coordinate training sessions across the UK
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for customers, organizing logistics and ensuring seamless training experiences
- Onsite Support: Welcome trainees onsite, facilitate logistics, and manage lunch orders
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate training records and documentation
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the training team
- Training Materials Development: Assist in the creation and improvement of training materials
- Post-Training Coordination: Ensure customers receive feedback, certification documents, and follow-up information promptly
As the Training Administrator you should have previous administrative experience, ideally within a training or educational context. It would be advantageous if you have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, but it's not essential.
In return you will be offered a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday in the office, 8:30am - 5:00pm with half an hour for lunch. This is a temporary to permanent position. For the right candidate, once permanent, you will have 23 days annual leave (including Christmas shut down) + Bank Holidays, Generous pension scheme, Early finish Fridays, Team socials.
