Our Client seeks a Qualified Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Financial Accountant would be a detailed-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a desire to be part of a fast paced, dynamic, growing team. The Financial Accountant would be a diligent, commercially minded individual. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties of the Financial Accountant include:
- Prepare bank sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
- Month-end close process, including journal entries and other tasks.
- Compile monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of financial statements
- Production of monthly board packs
- Production of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Cash management and cash reconciliations.
- Reviewing cost control
- Production of both long term and short-term cash flow forecast along with monthly variance analysis.
- Production of monthly accounts for individual companies and consolidation of group accounts including variance analysis
- Preparation of the annual reviews.
- Preparation of year-end balance sheet analysis for quarterly reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
Requirements/Skills for the Financial Accountant include:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Strong cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record at working in a fast-paced complex and dynamic environment.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Technical strong
- Able to work to tight deadlines and multitask.
