Reed HR are partnered with a health delivery focused charity. They are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner. This role offers hybrid flexibility with 3 days a week working from home.

You will be working closely with an experienced HR team with the potential for progression.

About the role

  • Manage and maintain HR information systems and develop standard documentation for all employees of Inspire in relation to using the self-service HR Information System, securing user adoption and generating cost savings.
  • Provide direct line management to the HR Executives.
  • Assist with employee relations issues such as grievance, discipline and other performance related matters and provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure whilst ensuring a fair and consistent organisational approach.
  • Contribute to the development of the People, Development and Compliance operational plan ensuring it is in line with the organisation's strategic aims.

About you

  • Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources or business related discipline, or a recognised professional Human Resources qualification at a minimum of level 5 AND 2 years' generalist HR experience.

OR

  • 3 years' generalist HR experience with Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
  • Full UK Drivers License
