Sales Representative, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Wiltshire working across 2 shifts which will include weekends. Offering a basic minimum salary of £21,000 up to £25,000 with uncapped commission and a highly attractive benefits package. This is an office-based role working for a renowned and well-known Hospitality and Travel company.
As the Company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and someone who shows a love for sales. Ideally, you will demonstrate at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, be able to display knowledge working with targets and KPIs, adapt your approach for each individual customer, and have exceptional attention to detail.
Extensive training will be provided over a minimum of 8 weeks, to enable a high standard of knowledge and understanding about the company products and added extras on offer. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for building an outstanding rapport with customers, gaining as much information regarding their requirements, and then matching this to a high standard.
As a Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales manager and will need to have some understanding of profit and loss, as well as gross margin percentages and calculations. You will also be able to demonstrate good working skills in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
The ideal candidate needs to be competent to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment, within a team of 30+ people, and work closely with other departments to ensure correct accurate knowledge of products is displayed and offered.
