We are working with an organisation who are seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join their team. Your role would be pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices and providing essential financial support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Process and record all expenses and claims for selection committee panel members and interviewees.
- Provide invoice information, support, and advice to budget holders and finance colleagues.
- Review and process invoices, reconciling with the finance system.
- Support the management of the SLA and provide month-end financial reports and quarterly returns.
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly finance report to DHSC.
- Provide complex financial reporting and analysis regarding invoice monitoring.
You will need to be someone with experience of directly relevant experience of working in a financial management environment with experience of working within Accounts Payable and providing management account reports. You will be someone who can communicate effectively and work well within a team.
