- Expertise building in core components of Power Platform especially Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- §Understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and PowerFx.
- §Strong skills in data modeling, database design, and data integration. Proficiency in handling data sources like SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.
- §Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (like Azure, Office 365) and third-party applications via APIs.
- §Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing Power Apps.
- §Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services is a plus.
- §Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front(RM/sales) and back (operations, risk) office teams
- §Experience of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities
- §Self-starter individual who can lead workshops to MD-level,
- §Experience of full software development lifecycle (requirements, delivery, testing, release)
- §Experience with successful delivery of large change programs in customer-facing businesses
- §Leadership skills to structure, mentor and maintain a high performing team
- §Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders
- §Strong problem-solving/analytical skills to contribute to platform challenges
- §Experience with Agile scrum / Kanban methodology - ideally certified as a scrum master
