Description
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Prepare financial forecasts and reports, presenting findings to senior management.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team and Treasury team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Assist in the development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organisation.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving financial performance and business efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance professionals.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards applicable to the not-for-profit sector.
