Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Location: Warrington, with occasional travel to other UK sites

About:

Our client is a large, dynamic and growing organisation with customers across the UK. They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented L&D Business Partner to join their team.

Role Purpose:

As an L&D Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of their people. You will partner with business leaders to identify and deliver tailored learning and development initiatives that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver effective talent development strategies.
  • Design and implement L&D programs that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials and resources.
  • Source and manage external L&D providers.
  • Support career development and succession planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level business partnering role within L&D.
  • Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and delivering L&D programs.
  • Knowledge of psychometrics and talent assessment tools. Particularly Insights.
  • Chartered CIPD qualification or equivalent (Advantageous)
