Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations within social housing properties.

- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are met for repairs and maintenance.
