Our client, a renowned travel organisation, is seeking a talented individual to manage their successful Private Group holidays. This is a unique chance to lead a vibrant team, drive sales, and create unforgettable experiences for groups of adventurers.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for private group holiday planning, from the first inquiry to the post-holiday follow-up.
- Forge strong relationships with group coordinators, ensuring their journey is seamless and memorable.
- Take charge of Partnership groups, fostering community connections and giving back to local groups.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to craft the perfect holiday experience.
- Utilise your top-notch sales skills to meet and exceed targets, all while providing stellar customer service.
Who You Are:
- A sales / account management specialist with a track record of success.
- A travel enthusiast with extensive geographical knowledge, especially o the UK (preferable but not essential)
- A customer service superstar, ready to go the extra mile.
- An effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- A professional with a pleasant phone demeanor, capable of thriving under pressure.
- A flexible and adaptable individual who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.

This role is based in Welwyn Garden City, working Monday to Fridays and is either office based or Hybrid and is paying between £25,000 to £30,000 plus annual bonus.
