Excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established housing association in an autonomous role, offering a highly varied and interesting day-to-day role alongside good long-term progression opportunities.
This stable non-profit organisation, covering roughly 1500 properties across London, offer a tight-knit "family-like" environment where you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats without any micromanagement. They are expanding and are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join them.
In this role, you will carry out a variety of surveys including maintenance repairs, voids, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation, and will provide technical reports, appraisals, measurement, costings and estimates. You'll be covering properties based across Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Redbridge.
The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience, and will be RICS qualified. You will have disrepair experience and knowledge of voids, damp and mould. Any experience in Social Housing is highly beneficial.

The Role:
