Finance Manager (Part Time)
Based: Burnley – hybrid, flexible hours
Salary: £40k-60k FTE dependent on experience + bonus + benefits
My client is an expanding SME in the Tech sector, offering an exciting role for someone as number 1 in finance reporting to the MD. Business is growing both UK and Internationally with some exciting expansion plans! Looking after a team of 2 in finance, you will oversee the department ensuring strong financial controls and processes are in place. This is a PART TIME role circa 3 days with 1-2 working from home if required
Role:
- Working with the MD and board on growth strategies UK and Internationally ensuring all UK and International accounting compliance
- Producing management accounts for board meeting
- Working with external advisors (legal & accounting) to ensure compliance and take advice when needed
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Overseeing transactional duties and payroll
- Assisting with European growth dealing with currencies, VAT, accounts and more
Experience:
- ACCA / CIMA qualified OR QBE
- Experience in an SME is essential
- European/International VAT/Accounting experience highly desirable
- XERO experience desirable
- Confident in your ability and keen to progress in the role
