We are currently seeking a dedicated, professional Receptionist for a temporary-to-permanent position in our Secretarial & Business Support department. The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing reception duties and providing exceptional client service within our Professional Services industry.

Description
- Manage reception area and handle all reception duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
- Support the organization of company events and meetings.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the professional standards of the industry.
Profile
A successful 'Receptionist' should have:
- An educational background relevant to the Professional Services industry, ideally Law.
- Previous Catering experience, this role is heavy on the catering so this is a MUST!
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Heart and sole with Front of House duties, the people within this company value being apart of the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
