Your role will be pivotal in redefining and running a service that meets the constantly evolving demands of today's environment. What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement an innovative end-to-end Service Continuity approach, encompassing Business Continuity, Management and IT Disaster Recovery.
- Maintain and test our Business Continuity and IT DR capabilities to make sure they are always up-to-date and effective.
- Work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure detailed execution of our BC & IT DR framework.
- Give to the development and enhancement of our System (BCMS) and provide strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
- Play a crucial role in Corporate Crisis Management by developing robust procedures and leading crisis management teams when needed.
What you will bring:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting complex businesses in a similar role.
It would be great if you had:
- ITIL3
Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid. 2-3 days onsite per week.
Location: Bristol
Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible for SC clearance.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
