JobPurpose
- Support a wide variety of clients across accounts preparation and tax computations, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met across the portfolio.
- Supporting junior accountants by reviewing work and providing training.
- Building strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving.
- Preparation of management accounts, VAT, and other general accounting duties.
- Keeping a keen eye on news and regulations that could impact your work or the wider firm.
- Identifying improvements to processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
- ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven track record across accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong up-to-date technical accounting knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and able to oversee workflow.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
