Hybrid Working

We are working with a Consultancy linked to a high-profile academic institution to hire a Project Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team.

You will be a skilled project coordinator or an administrator with exceptional skills in events or training coordination. You will have exceptional exposure to dealing with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention to detail and proven ability to take ownership of your own workload.

Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage consultancy projects including ownership of client programmes
  • Liaise with a range of parties including clients, external stakeholders, facilitators and other collaborators linking everyone together and being a knowledgeable point of contact
  • Create and maintain project files reports and trackers
  • End to end management of in person and online client training events including in person coordination
  • Process and submit project expenses & update expenditure sheets
  • Create agendas, documents, templates, presentations and a range of project documentation
  • Plan and organise project meetings and other events, including logistical arrangements (e.g. catering, travel, room bookings), preparation and circulation of agendas and papers, and taking minutes.
  • Create and send client feedback surveys and produce and present reports with findings

You will be:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Have proven ability as a coordinator in either projects, training or events
  • Have exceptional MS office skills
  • Be an expert scheduler with a knack for coordinating multi-party schedules ensuring accuracy of dates
  • Ability in arranging logistics and travel plans
  • Demonstrate exceptional communications and stakeholder management abilities
