INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Temp Desk

Office Location - Chichester

BASIC SALARY up to £27,000 depending on experience + COMMISSION

We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing temps team in Chichester on a Full-time, permanent basis.

Within this position you will liaise closely with your line manager to help us grow our already successful Temp division.

Experience within recruitment is preferred & full training will be given, you will need to have your own car, as you will be required to visit clients, and occasionally visit our Portsmouth office.

You must be goal orientated, excellent at multitasking, happy to work in a fast-paced environment and have the drive to achieve your objectives whilst maintaining a high level of customer care. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to work.

We offer a good commission package, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing to 24 based on length of service, plus your birthday off!

Your role as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Registering new candidates.
  • Filling temporary jobs for clients
  • Keeping in touch with the candidates and clients.
  • Visit clients.
  • Doing candidate check ins with clients.
  • Spec out candidates to clients.
  • Will be required to be on-call, which will be compensated financially.
  • Using the company systems to record bookings, calls and temp registrations.
  • Accurately & efficiently inputting information into our CRM system in order to keep it up to date.
  • Posting vacancies across a range of job boards in order to attract the best talent.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Passion to meet and exceed targets.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Proficient use of IT/ CRM Systems.
  • Be able to demonstrate organisational skills.
  • Happy to pick up the phone & have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Manage multiple tasks.
  • Have a full UK driving licence & access to a car.
