Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Lettings Negotiator. The Lettings Negotiator will play a crucial role in facilitating the rental process, liaising with both landlords and tenants to achieve successful property matches and ensuring smooth transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Book valuations and offer professional advice to potential landlords and tenants.
- Ensure strict adherence to office procedures, policies, and maintain awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Rotate branch marketing material regularly.
- Handle the ordering of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and ensure overall compliance with regulations.
- Conduct property viewings, manage email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML, and provide thorough weekly landlord care.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Driven, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or sales position.
- Articulate with strong negotiation abilities.
- Experienced valuer with a proven track record of winning new business.
