Interim Financial Operations Assistant
£20 p.h. - £25 p.h.

Our client, a sustainably focused manufacturing & engineering business is seeking an ambitious Accounts Assistant on a 3-6 Month interim basis.
About the Company:
- Recently finished a financing round with ambitious investment plans
- Turnover: c.£30 million, but they are going to scale past this rapidly.
- Really ambitious business, who are scaling yearly.
The Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting accurate and timely processing of customer related transactions and will be responsible for supporting both Finance and Service Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key driver in ensuring the full completion of each installation within the ERP system to facilitate posting into the Finance module.
- Supporting Finance in reviewing the profitability of each installation at point of posting
- Reviewing recoverability of initial payments taken at sale
- Triggering customer invoicing upon completion of their installation
- Reviewing debtor recoverability and chasing of slow customer debt
- Instigating customer POS Financing applications via an online portal, triggered by flags in ERP system
- Supporting customers, where permissible, in the completion of their POS Financing applications
- Ensuring ‘Satisfaction Notes' are issued upon completion of an installation
