MIS Coordinator
Isleworth
Temporary position to start ASAP
36 hours per week
Hourly Rate - £15.80
Main duties:
- Supervise the day-to-day running of this MIS team, including the management of coordinating and prioritizing the daily workload for the MIS team, ensuring duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Meet regularly with other department managers to check the accuracy of data
- Work with the Head of MIS to be proactive in implementing processes and developing audit reports to ensure the quality of data is improved.
- Be responsible for processing change requests including withdrawals and transfers
We are looking for someone who has:
- Has experience working with a shared computer database
- Have a good understanding of the Individualised Learner Record and funding regulations
- Experience of managing and prioritizing team tasks and workload.
- Able to start immediately and happy to commit to a temporary position
