Description
- Enhancing manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement production improvements.
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participating in product development and enhancement initiatives.
- Monitoring equipment performance and scheduling necessary maintenance.
- Providing technical support and training to production staff.
- Documenting and reporting on process changes and updates.
Profile
A successful Production Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
- A salary range of £40,000 - £44,000 per annum.
