Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a Cambridge based client for 6 months.
This opportunity requires someone who is immediately available, can commit to 6 months work at full time hours and initially be in the office five days a week.
For this role, our client is looking to pay £16 per hour + (dependent on experience)
Main Duties:
- Complete recharges to company divisions
- Receive invoices from suppliers
- Enter and manipulate data using excel
- Post journals
- Import and upload into bank
- Payments
- Payroll journals
Attributes:
- Similar experience in a previous role essential
- Strong excel - macros, formulas
- Understand of double entry bookkeeping
