A successful and respected brand are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their high functioning team following an internal promotion. Boasting and enviable product range, city centre location and development opportunities, this is not to be missed.
Reporting to a dynamic Financial Controller the appointed Finance Manager will lead on the following duties:
- Managing, coaching and mentoring the Finance Team to ensure they are high performing, engaged and motivated
- Production of the month end management accounts and supporting schedules.
- Producing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting the FC with the external year end audit as required
- Supporting the outsourced payroll function ensuring accurate reporting across departments.
- Supporting IT and change teams to drive best practice and efficiencies across the business
- Ad hoc duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or close to, with a blend of technical and commercial experience. Able to demonstrate and interest in staff development and embrace change.
