Are you an IT Support Technician looking for a position within a thriving MSP that support a range of different schools and SMEs local to Hartlepool?
Do you want the opportunity to be the go-to expert for complex solutions to IT and technical problems?
On offer is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Support Technician to join a well-established and growing managed service provider. This company put their staff through certifications and training where needed and offer various routes for progression.
In this role you will support multiple organisations and be comfortable travelling to sites when needed. Each day will be different and you will be exposed to a range of different networks and infrastructure both on prem and cloud based.
The ideal IT Support engineer will be keen to join a fast paced environment, local to Hartlepool and have a valid driver's licence and transport.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting a network of schools and businesses for complex troubleshooting and network maintenance
- Assisting with training for the IT Support team
- Completing certifications to keep up to date with newest technology
THE PERSON:
- Experienced IT Support Technician with confidence to tackle complex issues
- Keen to maintain a wide variety of business and school networks
- Local to Hartlepool
