Job Opportunity: Corporate Solicitor
Location: Crawley Office
Overview: We are recruiting for a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a growing firm in Crawley. You will play a key role in the team, enjoying high levels of autonomy while collaborating closely with other departments.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures
- You will have existing portable client relationships.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Strong work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills
- IT literate with the ability to learn new processes quickly
