This corporate company with a family feel is looking for an organised experienced administrator that is a natural communicator that can adapt their approach to the clients needs. Based out of modern offices in Frimley this company offers 27 days holiday + bank, healthcare plan and a fantastic rewards and discount scheme. This role offers a lot of variety and will see you taking on exciting challenges that will vary from week to week.

Services Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the diaries of multiple off site managers.
  • Build relationships with head office, off-site staff members and external clients
  • Arrange meetings for team members
  • Deal with client complaints, assist clients with an empathetic and supportive manner
  • Update the databases, support the team with all administrative duties, sending out letters, emails and gaining information.
  • General administrative duties such as filing and Photocopying.

Experience Required:

  • A strong customer services and administrative background
  • Working within a compliance led environment
  • Organised with fantastic attention to detail
  • Able to multi task and prioritise your work.

This is a full time position that is fully office based they offer a 35 hour working week, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
