Services Advisor Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the diaries of multiple off site managers.
- Build relationships with head office, off-site staff members and external clients
- Arrange meetings for team members
- Deal with client complaints, assist clients with an empathetic and supportive manner
- Update the databases, support the team with all administrative duties, sending out letters, emails and gaining information.
- General administrative duties such as filing and Photocopying.
Experience Required:
- A strong customer services and administrative background
- Working within a compliance led environment
- Organised with fantastic attention to detail
- Able to multi task and prioritise your work.
This is a full time position that is fully office based they offer a 35 hour working week, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
