Are you a Sheet Metal Worker looking for the rare opportunity to move off the tools and into an exciting new role as an Estimator, allowing you to carve out a long term, stable career with a leading local manufacturer who offer excellent training?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established sheet metal manufacturer, with a great reputation for their high standards of quality, precision and speed of service. Established nearly 50 years ago, the company is growing consistently, building on long term contracts for high-quality clientele.
You will be responsible for providing costings to customers, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth process, and advising on any queries or updates. You will also liaise with suppliers to source materials.
This role would suit a Sheet Metal Worker looking to move into an off-the-tools sales role, offering great training and further progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Quoting prices based on material, machine hours and inspection requirements
- Liaising with clients to retain and generate business
- Full sales training provided
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
