Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and source suitable lenders for clients, maintaining proactive communication throughout the lending process.
- Collaborate with brokers, borrowers, lenders, valuers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records on all applications and communications.
- Adhere to company procedures and regulatory policies to ensure compliance.
Experience required:
- Experience
- Strong understanding of the Buy to Let and or Commercial mortgage sector
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry
- Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
- Proven track record in sales
- CeMAP qualification would be desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify the most suitable lenders for clients
