Temporary HYBRID opportunity working for a large corporate client in Birmingham city centre.

We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to support a busy department with the workload. There is lots of management support, diary management, minute taking and attending meetings involved in the day to day duties.

  1. Experience of working in a service delivery team with a focus on onboarding activities

  2. Can work with a high volume of cases and can demonstrate ability to prioritise workload

  3. Ability to work within SLA deadlines for the delivery of work

  4. Awareness of compliance safeguard checks whilst onboarding members of staff such as eligibility to work checks and DBS checks

  5. Experience of using SAP ideally or familiarity with other HR related IT systems for the delivery of work

This role is an immediate start, ongoing , we are looking for someone with previous HR experience, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and a quick learner.
