As an Area Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team. You will play a key role in developing and building market share whilst also maintaining and nurturing relationships with valued clients. Key Responsibilities as a Area Manager:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend market appraisals and win new business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and the sales process from start to finish.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Qualifications for the Area Manager position:
- Proven track record at management level in estate agency.
- Strong knowledge of Kensington and West London.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
